Elkins Band Parents
Welcome to the 2008-2009 Elkins Marching Band Season! We are pleased that your student will be a part of this award winning organization. The Elkins Band and Elite Booster Club is a parent volunteer organization that supports the Band, Elite Dance Team, Color Guard and the In-Door Percussion Ensemble student programs. We organize funding raising efforts, provide parent information and coordinate volunteers to support the Directors and various student activities.
One major fundraiser is the Rock A Thon. It is a overnight lock-in event in which the students receive pledges from donars to sit in a rocking chair for a duration of time.

Booster Club membership fee of $25 is used to support the student program expenses that are not covered by the marching fee or FBISD budget.
As a reminder the Marching
Band Fee Payment Schedule is as follows:
$50 Due 6/02/08 required
deposit to reserve spot in the Marching Show
$75 - Due 8/05/08
