If you missed our registration event, this is your opportunity to complete the registration process. The cutoff date for Fan Shirts and Shoes/Gloves will be Sunday, July 30th at 11:59pm. Tailgate meal sign ups will remain open for registration through Sunday, August 18th. There will NOT be single game ordering this year, meaning you must place your order by the 18th and not the week before each game.
Band and Guard Fee - Late Registration - We have three payment options: Pay in full today, pay in 2 installments or pay in 4 installments. The form and first payment is due immediately.
Fan Shirts - This year, our fan shirt is the show shirt with your personalization on the back, typically last name and section. Show your Elkins Band & Guard spirit and come to the game wearing your shirt. We are the largest volunteer organization on campus and we’re proud of our band and guard! The deadline to order is Sunday, July 30th at 11:59 pm. This is a hard deadline.
Marching Shoes & Gloves - All marching band students need shoes. All but percussion need gloves. Guard does not need either. The deadline to order is Sunday, July 30th at 11:59 pm. This is a hard deadline.
Tailgate - Meals ordered and delivered to the band to be eaten before games. Students may not eat in uniform. Students who do not order Tailgate meals must bring their own meal to eat immediately after school that does not require refrigeration or reheating. The deadline to order is Sunday, August 18th at 11:59 pm. This is a hard deadline.
Sponsorship - For inclusion on the banner, sponsorships are due by Sunday, July 30th. Does your company match donations? Please apply for the match! We’ll gladly take your sponsorship after the deadline, but due to printing schedules your logo/name may not be on the banner.
